How do I wash my T-shirt?

We recommend you think of the printing and the environment and wash it at your regular 30 degree cycle. The design may be effected in high temperature washes - and you may shrink the t shirt! Also avoid ironing directly onto the design itself. 

How do I know what size will fit me? 

We have made a nice little size chart, get a tape measure and compare yourself to our chart. For taller people we have tried to take this into account with longer fitting tee’s however to be safe go large. 

Can I return my products? 

Yes, email us to let us know what the problem is within 14 working days and we are happy to refund or replace your garment. We cannot refund any garments that do not get back to us in resalable condition - this includes tags, packaging and the t shirt must not be soiled or have been washed.

If you have left it longer than 14 days we can still offer an exchange or store credit to be used at a later date in which case you will be sent a code to use at your leisure. 

I want a special size or colour is this possible? 

We want to be able to offer loads of colour ways and kids options all the time but we are still quite small so if you have a special request e.g.

‘ Hey guys 

I want to order the Spin Marble Sweat for my 14 year old son to match mine but I think a small will still be too big. Can you help me out at all?

Hells to the yeah we can do this! We will deal with requests like this on an individual basis  - but please don’t be afraid to message us with what your after -even if we can’t help you out it helps us learn what you guys want. 

I want to get some Custom tees printed by Spin - How do I do this? 

You go to our customs page theres lots of info about design and printing there and you can download the order form, if your not ready to put all the info into an order form send us an email at ……. and we will get back to you  on how we can get you sorted. We generally don’t like to do runs of less than 10 t shirts - makes it unaffordable for both parties.

We respect your privacy. Any information collected from you when communicating or purchasing from Spin is never sold, traded or rented to any third party customers. We know the bottom is already falling out of your inbox from the amount of junk mail it gets. We won’t add to it with promotional emails and offers unless you subscribe, and we certainly won’t let anybody else.
